Dove Healthcare Rutledge Home is seeking an experienced, energetic LPN to help us grow and increase awareness of our assisted living and memory care services. Located next to Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls, WI and licensed as a community based residential facility (CBRF), our home has a capacity to serve 43 residents.

The LPN/community liaison will serve as the point of contact between our residence and the community by orienting to our breadth of services; creating / organizing marketing initiatives such as hosting events and making presentations; generating and implementing new marketing ideas and goals; and coordinating and assessing all admissions from the time of initial inquiry / referral through move-in day.

The development of strong and lasting relationships (on behalf of Dove Healthcare Rutledge Home) that contribute to the sustained growth of our residence is essential to the success of this position.

Specifically you will:

  • lead and coordinate internal and external events / activities that increase census and foster positioning our residence as the dementia expert in Chippewa County
  • develop and maintain positive relationships with referral providers, co-workers, residents and their families
  • coordinate and document all inquiry and referral activity
  • assess all perspective admissions
  • develop, promote, and engage in internal initiatives that contribute to the retention and quality of life of our residents
  • seek and promote testimonials from those we serve
  • represent our residence with local Chamber of Commerce and other community groups or coalitions
  • create video educational series for social media and web
  • maintain an active social media presence
  • manage / improve our profiles with web directories, such as Carelike and and find new opportunities as well
  • improve / manage our online rating and reviews
  • other duties as assigned

Other Requirements:

  • LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a licensed practical nurse
  • recent experience in healthcare, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
  • extensive knowledge about dementia
  • minimum two years of recent experience conducting community outreach and marketing
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint), as well as Zoom or other webinar and video platforms
